Tranquility Bay Beach House Resort is a private, beachfront enclave comprised of 87 two- and three-bedroom homes, nestled on 23.5 lushly-landscaped acres in the heart of Marathon Key. The resort offers 1,100 feet of private shoreline with 2.5 acres of white sandy beach and Butterfly Café, the resort's onsite fine dining restaurant. Other amenities include a 2,025 sq ft of flexible event space, a lagoon swimming pool with beach-style entry, a waterview pool and 18 hole Jack Nicklaus putting green. Indigo Reef Marina Homes
Located in scenic Marathon Key, is a luxury, gated beach home community which sits on 15 acres of pristine waterfront property. The property features 67 three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath marina homes and offers a complete schedule of four-diamond resort activities and services. Indigo Reef Marina Homes Resort's signature feature is its Dock & Marina with 67 private onsite boat slips. Coral Lagoon Resort
A private, luxury resort tucked away on almost eight acres in the heart of Marathon Key, features 25 three-bedroom beach homes on an ocean side private canal in the Florida Keys, and state-of-the-art The Boat House Marina with onsite wet slips and dry slips. Its waterfront location provides boaters with easy access to the Key's best fishing destinations. A resident professional charter captain is also available for private charter trips. Other amenities include water views from 1st & 2nd level private porches, covered parking, fishing and boating gear storage, WI-FI high speed Internet and 42-inch plasma screen TVs with DVD/CD players in each resort home.
The Boathouse Marina
The Boathouse Marina is located at The Coral Lagoon Resort and offers easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. A state of the art boat barn houses 200 dry storage racks and two fork lifts expedite ins and outs and dock hands to assist you in departures and arrivals. There is a Bait Shack on the dock with bait and ice and is adjacent to our Texaco fueling dock. Both the wet and dry slips are available for sale or daily, weekly, monthly or long term rental. There is a boat ramp on the property for our customers use. The marina also hosts other marine based businesses, full service repair, boat rental, fishing charters, kayak rentals, scuba diving and snorkeling.
